1) Integrate the project smoothly into your organization by enabling departments and other stakeholders to follow the projects evolution from a safe but informative distance

2) Communicate seamlessly and continually with all project participants and interested stakeholders.

3) Guide team members through all phases of the project offering direction and encouragement as appropriate to an engaged and enthusiastic project team.

4) Decide on direction or questions based on the extensive amount of information provided by the team members though their use of the TCO System.

5) Build a climate of inclusion by acknowledging team member participation and communicating daily with all team members through the common sharing of information from all sections of the project.

6) Eliminate counter productive activities by introducing opportunities for all departments to be contributing partners in the resulting objectives.
